After our consultation, we will complete and intake and evaluation for me to use in creating your protocol. We will talk through medical history, genetic background, and more. The questions will help me paint a better picture of your physical, emotional, relational, environmental, and spiritual health.

In our first follow-up, I will present my protocol for you. We will discuss the best ways to begin integrating these lifestyle changes. The next sessions will consist of pivoting if something isn’t working and getting to the root of difficulty with these changes, finding the path of least resistance. We will celebrate wins and build upon your foundation until we find full and optimal well-being.
